The outside living area included more stone hardscaping under a striking portico walkway on the entire back of the home. Separate alfresco dining and seating areas, w fine hardscaping, & a pergola w TV. In addition, the original side yard now allows them to enjoy another separate yard by the new outdoor living space they always wanted. The home has a full basement if they ever wanted to finish it. After living abroad for many years they returned to Page Terrace in the Fall of 24. They decided it was time to downsize, & buy a smaller home.
