There is another rental on the property but this one is 1 bedroom with a bonus room on the 3rd floor. When you enter this home, you will notice the character immediately. Enter into the Living Room which is nice sized and has special drawers from a long time ago. The fireplace is strictly decorative, does not work. From the Living Room, you enter the Kitchen that is spacious and can be an eat in kitchen. The 2nd floor has the bedroom and bathroom with a stand up shower. The 3rd floor has a big, open room that can be used as an office or bonus room. NO PETS! Landlord is looking for all applicants to have a credit score of 600 or more and have no criminal background.
