The Lost River Grill, Motel & B&B is a turnkey operation. Currently owned by the same owners for the last 20 years. The Grill & TK's lounge consists of 120 seats and 10 seats at the Bar. The Grill & Lounge is a combination of old & new and is very warm and inviting with knotty pine walls and ceilings and colorful artwork from local artists TK's Lounge has a neighborhood bar atmosphere, with colorful seasonal lights, cowhide chairs , tv's and assorted mounted local animals. The Grill & the lounge has dinner specials every night and an additional specials menu on the weekend. The Motel has 9 rooms and a laundry room. Each room has 2 double beds and a private bathroom. The Bed & Breakfast is an old farmhouse that was renovated in 2005. It's Lower level has a kitchen, laundry room, dining room and gathering room. The second floor has 4 en-suite rooms and the third floor is an owners apartment. There are 2 screened in porches and a front porch to enjoy the Valley views. Next to the house is a 2 story building with storage on the first level and a gym on the top level. The Lost River flows south to north through the valley of the same name ,parallel to the Shenandoah Valley and the I-81 corridor. Our Valley lies between Great North Mountain to the east and South Branch Mountain to the west. With its natural resources, spectacular views and easy pace, the valley is a favorite weekend destination for Washingtonians and anyone else seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Whether your ideal weekend involves hip waders and a fly rod or a good book and a pair of comfortable shoes, you'll find what you're looking for in and around Lost River.
