Iowa DOT Tract 2 - Offering 1.12 acres m/l of land in Webster County, Iowa! With over 568 feet of Highway 169 frontage and has the potential for tillable production or even a building site if access and zoning allow. The land consists entirely of Wadena loam soils carrying a CSR2 of 56. According to a 2019 DOT traffic survey, 5,900 cars pass by this property on Highway 169 daily. Access is prohibited from Highway 169. The Buyer will need to apply for access off of the Lizard Creek Lane frontage road through the DOT District 1 Office. This tract is located just northwest of Fort Dodge along Highway 169 and Lizard Creek Lane in Section 13 of Douglas Township, Webster County, Iowa.
